Daniel is a mechanical engineer whose current focus includes vendor communications, structural verification, and layout modeling.
Daniel previously worked in Cambridge for the federal Department of Transportation’s Volpe Center, where he worked on a variety of projects related to the implementation of new high-speed trainsets for Amtrak in the Northeast Corridor. These projects included analysis of maximum allowable speed for elevated curves, thermal expansion for rails, and structural analysis of train trucks.
Daniel earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Harvard University, where he also served as a course assistant for engineering thermodynamics.
