Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Richard Rosen brings over 50 years of leadership as Chief Engineer, Technical Director, Project Manager, and a pioneering innovator delivering advanced engineering solutions across the global energy sector.

Chief Financial Officer

Marguerite has over 35 years of experience as a general manager and finance professional. She is responsible for short and long term business operations at American Ag Energy.

Director of Accounting & Administration

Greg’s responsibilities include accounting, human resources, and all other aspects of administration.

Operations Manager

Lou is responsible for day to day operational tasks, schedule coordination, and managing relationships with vendors, partners, and subcontractors.

Project Advisor & Incoming President

Dan Eisenberg spent four years on developing the NCG project, working with vendors to design all parts of the greenhouses and equipment and participated in negotiating vendor agreements including detailed specifications. 

Project Manager & Engineering Analyst

Jack's responsibilities include permitting, engineering due diligence, ESG Analysis, energy procurement, and project management. 

 Director of Sales and Marketing – North Country Growers

Jake is responsible for the greenhouse product assortment, packing design and our go to market strategy for North Country Growers.  Additionally, he oversees the design and implementation of our sales plan to bring premium vegetables to our customers.

Financial Analyst & Investor Liaison

Lewis's work at AAE covers financial modeling, ESG Analysis, origination, and investor relations.

Mechanical Engineer

Daniel is a mechanical engineer whose current focus includes vendor communications, structural verification, and layout modeling.

Technical Operations Lead 

Jillian is responsible for the design and implementation of process control systems and instrumentation. She performs process improvement efforts, technical troubleshooting, and data analysis.

Jillian also manages the operation and expansion of Ram Flower Farm.

Manager of Food Safety – North Country Growers

Tim is responsible for the management of food safety for the controlled agriculture projects and related activities including production planning, facility certification requirements, and customer interactions.

Electrical Engineer

Abuu is responsible for the electrical engineering aspects of the projects including interconnect applications and procurement of electrical engineering equipment. He also shares responsibilities in facility design and development.
