Jake Rupert, Director of Sales and Marketing

Jake is responsible for the product assortment, packing design and our go to market strategy for North Country Growers.  Additionally, he oversees the design and implementation of our sales plan to bring premium vegetables to our customers.  Jake works directly with our customers, ensuring they have the products they want, when they want them.

Jake has over 20 years of experience in the produce industry, most recently as the Produce Merchant for Roundys/Marianos – divisions of Kroger.  As Produce Merchant he had the responsibility for sales and marketing of produce for 150 stores.  Prior to that he performed the roles of Sales Manager, Promotional Planner and Category Manager at Kroger.
